Dave is a seasoned financial executive who has over twenty years of finance and operational leadership experience. He has a proven track record of driving profitable growth and brings a wealth of expertise in global financial operations within the CRO and professional services industries to his role. Prior to joining Vitalief, Dave was Vice President of Business Operations for ExecuPharm, a wholly owned subsidiary of PAREXEL International Corporation (a Goldman Sachs and EQT Portfolio Company).

As CFO, Dave is responsible for the organization’s financial activities including accounting, financial planning, analysis, forecasting, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. He will also take ownership of budget, contracting, and pricing decisions.
