David Moore

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

David is an accomplished business leader and serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and growing successful organizations. He has served in various roles, including senior executive, entrepreneur, angel investor, Board Member, and advisor for numerous corporate and non-profit organizations. David has led and advised a diverse collection of companies where he has prioritized people and inspired teams to meet their individual and collective goals. David has employed his passion for people to engage and encourage team members in software, service, consulting, and technology start-ups.

As CEO, David challenges the Vitalief team to think differently about the emerging resource issues in clinical trials to create and deliver future-ready solutions.


Glenn Murani

Director of Talent Acquisition

Glenn is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with over 20 years of experience in driving high-growth, startup, and mid-sized professional services consulting firms to attract and retain top talent. His career track record includes hiring nearly 1,000 professionals across the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Financial Services industries. Glenn is also passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals in transition and has conducted numerous Career Transition Workshops for outplacement firms.

In his role as Director of Talent Acquisition, Glenn identifies and recruits clinical trial professionals who are passionate about their work, excited to be part of a PEOPLE-FIRST culture and want to improve the lives of patients in need of new therapies.


Jennifer Stanford, MSN

Director, Principal Consultant

Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience in the field of clinical research to her role as Director, Principal Consultant at Vitalief. She has initiated four clinical trial departments across the US, within both an academic medical center and three community health systems. Jennifer’s areas of expertise include protocol analysis regarding the “fit” for a physician group or facility, trial activation, analysis of budgets and contracts, IRB establishment and submissions, education/training of CRCs, CRAs, PIs, and sponsor team members, along with SOP development for sites and IRBs.

Jennifer specializes in efficient clinical trial start-up, trial management, training, and consulting. Much of her experience has been at the site level, where she has managed trials in all therapeutic areas, including cardiology, surgery, pulmonology, oncology, infectious disease, and numerous other specialties, in all phases of research (including pre-clinical animal lab trials and human trials phases I-IV). 


Mike Walsh

Director of Client Services

Michael is an accomplished business leader with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in building and growing successful organizations. His career began in the early 1990s, contributing to the growth of a family-owned industrial distribution business that was later acquired by a national firm. Transitioning to the human capital management industry, Michael joined TEKsystems, the largest privately held IT staffing business in the United States. During his 16-year tenure, he held various leadership roles, culminating as Executive Director of the largest market in the US, and earned several accolades, including Regional Director of the Year (twice) and overall TEKsystems Director of the Year.

Post-TEKsystems, Michael has leveraged his expertise to assist numerous startups and mid-stage companies in establishing robust operational, recruiting, and sales procedures. In November 2015, he joined Yoh Staffing Services as Vice President of Field Operations, overseeing all US staffing offices and specialized practices. In 2018, he transitioned to ZP Group, leading their federal subcontracting business, Zachary Piper Solutions, and significantly expanding its operations and revenue. Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is a former executive committee member of the Golf Association of Philadelphia and a dedicated supporter of veteran charities, having served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for six years. Residing in South Carolina with his wife Kerry, Michael enjoys golf, fishing, hiking, and the natural beauty of the low country.


Monique Garrett

Vice President of Marketing

Monique Garrett is a highly accomplished marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the life science industry. At Vitalief, she excels in positioning companies for acquisition and expansion through executive outreach, strong customer relationships, and comprehensive marketing strategies. Her expertise includes detailed market research, thought leadership content, and brand awareness campaigns. Monique is particularly excited about the opportunity to help build and grow the PEOPLE-FIRST culture at Vitalief.

Monique has assisted over 30 high-growth companies in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Her tailored approach and adaptability have been instrumental in driving increased brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Her ability to foster thought leadership and execute successful marketing strategies makes her a trusted advisor and partner in achieving sustainable growth in the competitive clinical research industry.


Judy Mimeault

Strategic Advisor

Judy is a transformational executive with a strong history of building organizations from the ground up. Her 30+-year career in operations spans several different vertical sectors, from IT services organizations to learning and development and sales performance solutions.

As a C-level advisor, Judy has helped companies structure their organizations for growth while creating a culture of innovation. Judy focuses on actualizing valuable ideas and employing innovative strategies that maximize organizational capabilities, operations, service offerings, and employee performance.

At Vitalief, Judy is envisioning and implementing an operational model that addresses the seemingly conflicting needs for practical expertise and unprecedented flexibility in today’s clinical trial workforce.

John Doll

COO of RWJBarnabas Health

John Doll was named Chief Operating Officer of RWJBarnabas Health in March 2022. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the health system – including all hospital and Medical Group operations, as well as finance, information technology, human resources, quality, and legal affairs functions. Prior to his promotion and for over a decade, Mr. Doll guided RWJBarnabas Health’s financial operations through mergers, consolidations, and health crises in such leadership roles as Chief Integration Officer, Chief Financial Officer and, as of 2020, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

As leader of the RWJBH Strategic Council, he guides fellow c-suite leaders in sharing best practices and priorities, ensuring that the System’s resources are appropriately dedicated in achieving the organization’s mission. Prior to joining Barnabas Health in 2010, Mr. Doll held executive positions at a large regional health system and a healthcare information technology and consulting firm. He began his career in Ernst & Young’s Healthcare Audit and Consulting practice. 


Mark Kolb

Partner

Mark Kolb is a Partner at Tech Council Ventures. He has broad experience in healthcare, life sciences, and IT industries. Mark currently chairs the board of Dorsata and serves on the Optima Global Solutions Advisory Board and the NJEDA Technology Advisory Board. He previously served as CEO of Bergen Medical Products, CEO of BK Health, and Chairman of the Board and CEO at Dynamic Clinical Systems. Earlier he founded the life sciences consulting firm Taratec Development Corporation and sold the company to Patni Computer Systems, one of India’s largest IT firms.


Steven K. Libutti, MD, FACS

Director of Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Vice-Chancellor for Cancer Programs

Steven K. Libutti, MD, FACS, is the Director of Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Vice Chancellor for Cancer Programs, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Dr. Libutti also serves as Senior Vice President of Oncology Services for RWJBarnabas Health, Professor of Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and an Affiliated Distinguished Professor in Genetics at the Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences Department of Genetics. He served as President of the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons and is the recipient of funding from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) for the past 20 years.


Reynold A. Panettieri, Jr., MD

Inaugural Director of The Institute for Translational Medicine and Science and Vice Chancellor for Translational Medicine and Science at Rutgers University

Reynold A. Panettieri, Jr, MD, is the inaugural Director of the Institute for Translational Medicine and Science and Vice Chancellor for Translational Medicine and Science at Rutgers University. He is also the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He previously served as the Director of the Airways Biology Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania and as chairperson of the NIH Lung Cellular, Molecular, and Immunobiology Study Section. He is a member of the NIH Distinguished Editorial Panel and is a member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation and the Association of American Physicians.
