Vitalief, an innovator in research and clinical trial solutions, formally launched today. The formation of Vitalief was driven by the significant challenges clinical research teams are facing in identifying, attracting, and retaining clinical trial professionals.
Serial entrepreneur, David Moore, has been appointed Chairman and CEO of the new organization. As a seasoned executive with experience building collaborative, people-oriented companies, David will lead the Vitalief team in their efforts to transform the way research and clinical trial teams are resourced. His passion for building teams, coaching, and nurturing professional development opportunities serve as the foundation for the company’s efforts.
“The global workforce is facing a seismic shift that is directly impacting the clinical trial industry,” adds Mark Kolb, Entrepreneur in Residence, Tech Council Ventures “Finding, attracting, and retaining clinical research professionals has never been more difficult.”
“David is particularly well-suited to lead the Vitalief team,” notes John Doll, Chief Operating Officer of RWJBarnabas Health. “His experience creating value by inspiring high performance through personal and professional growth is exactly what the clinical trial industry needs right now.”
“Research teams coping with trial delays and cancellations need trained talent asap,” says David Moore, Chairman and CEO of Vitalief. “Lost revenue, high costs of turnover, and delays in getting new medicines to market are killing innovation. At the same time, clinical trial professionals are looking for new forms of flexibility, a defined career path, and a more meaningful job experience. Vitalief is stepping up to take on these challenges and help clinical trial teams prepare for today and tomorrow.”
Vitalief is headquartered in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
